Casa 71

In the heart of Brianza, in a strategic position, very well connected (by road and railway) to the cities of Milan, Monza, Lecco and Bergamo, CASA 71 is a single villa immersed in the green of a vast and beautiful private garden, shared with the family master villa.

The name CASA 71 first invokes the civic number (Via Milano 71), but also its origins dating to the '70s, as well as those of its owners, with which it shares a "vintage" style.

CASA 71, before being an accommodation, is a "real home" with its own experience and its own personality, observable also from the care of details; a home that is open to those who - in search of a practical support, for a single night or for a longer stay - wants to "live it" and feel well in it. Actually the guest, having at his disposal a secluded and exclusive space, can enjoy autonomy and privacy, and at the same time the thoughtful and discreet hospitality of Marco and his family.

The house is composed by 3 floors (basement, first floor, mansard). The B&B area is on the first floor and consists of:
- a sleeping zone composed by: one double room (with double bed); a bathroom with shower; an adjoining single room, in case an additional bed is needed (ideal solution for a couple with a child).
- a living zone composed by: a large living room equipped for breakfast (with table and sideboard) and for relaxation (sofas, TV, bookshelves); a bathroom; a large panoramic terrace to enjoy the suggestive outdoor, where it’s possible to smoke and where breakfast can be taken when the weather is good.

One of the point of strength of CASA 71 is certainly the large garden that, in addition to satisfy your own eyes, offers the space for allowing children to play and for leading the dog out for a walk. It’s also possible to park your car close to home in total security.

At CASA 71 dogs are not only "admitted" but they are welcome! To meet them – there’s not only Marco, who is a psychologist and a pet-therapy operator – but also Frida, his inseparable "spinona" who easily socializes with other dogs.
